Privacy Notice (KVKK)

Under Turkish Law no. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by VOUVES LOJİSTİK TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (the "Company") in its capacity as data controller, within the scope explained below.

2. Personal Data Processed

The following data is processed through the contact and quotation forms on our website:

• Identity data: first name, surname
• Contact data: e-mail address, telephone number
• Customer transaction data: company name, cargo details, origin and destination, weight, volume, content of the request
• Transaction security data: IP address, browser information and referring page (solely for rate limiting that prevents abuse, and for security)

3. Purposes of Processing

• Receiving, assessing and concluding requests and complaints
• Preparing and communicating price quotations for logistics services
• Conducting pre-contractual negotiations and performing the contract
• Ensuring the security of the website and preventing misuse
• Fulfilling obligations arising from applicable legislation

4. Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the following legal grounds:

• Art. 5/2-c: Directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract
• Art. 5/2-ç: Necessary for the Company to fulfil its legal obligation
• Art. 5/2-f: Necessary for the legitimate interests of the Company
• Art. 5/1: Your explicit consent (obtained via the checkbox on the forms)

5. Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected by automated means through the electronic forms on our website. Submissions are first recorded in the Company database; they are additionally delivered to the Company corporate e-mail address through our e-mail infrastructure provider.

6. Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, customs brokers, carriers and authorised public institutions to the extent necessary for the performance of the service. In order to deliver form submissions to the Company corporate e-mail address, we use Resend, an e-mail infrastructure provider established abroad (USA). 7. Retention Period

Your personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised after being retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and for the limitation periods prescribed by applicable legislation. [Şirkete özel saklama ve imha süreleri girilecek.]

8. Rights of the Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed and to request information about it
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
• To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
• To request rectification where the data is incomplete or inaccurate
• To request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met
• To request that rectification, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties
• To object to a result to your detriment arising solely from automated analysis
• To claim compensation where you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
